Kevin Scott, President
Kevin is the lead pastor of Church @ The Well, Boston. He has been in full time ministry for the past 10 years. He has served as a pastor for the last eight years, and prior to that was working at a camp for inner-city kids in upstate New York. He has completed two Masters Degrees from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (MAR & MDiv), and holds a BS in Biology from California State University, Bakersfield. Kevin, along with his wife, owned and operated two successful businesses (a restaurant and a full-service catering business) in Bakersfield, CA before becoming a vocational minister.
Christy Scott, Member
Christy has served in many areas of ministry for the past 13 years. She has been a missionary in New York, a Camp Director, a teacher at a private school, a Children’s Ministry Director, a team leader for overseas missions’ trips, an administrative assistant for her church’s youth pastor, and a Bible teacher for women. Christy also served on the Board of Directors for the Bakersfield Pregnancy Center for 2 years. She holds a BS in Biology from California State University Bakersfield.
Steve Truitt, Vice President
Steve has been serving as the full-time Global & Community Transformation Pastor at Calvary Bible Church, Bakersfield for the past seven years. He has served on many ministry boards including: three years with the Bakersfield Pregnancy Center, four years with Flood Ministries (the current president), and six years with Calvary Bible Church. Steve is also the current director of Victim’s Relief Ministries, Kern County Response Team. He leads many annual missions’ trips worldwide, and is a regular teacher for adult ministries at his church. Prior to full-time ministry, Steve worked in the refrigeration business for 30 years (15 of those years were in management).
Carlene Truitt, Member
Carlene Truitt is the wife of a pastor. She owned and operated a small business for 30 years, and is now a partner in a new small business venture. She is a regular volunteer at Calvary Bible Church as a children’s ministry worker, a mission’s board member, an event décor worker, and a mentor to young moms. Carlene has also served in other local ministries such as: The Bakersfield Rescue Mission, Victim’s Relief Chaplains, and Flood Ministries.
Terry Treiberg, Treasurer
Terry is an elder at Calvary Bible Church, Bakersfield and currently holds the office of Treasurer. For the past 12 years he has made his living as the Manager of Project Development for Theta Oilfield Services. He also is the owner/manager of many local residential properties. Prior to this, he worked as a project manager for Shell Oil Company 13 years. Terry has served on the board of his church, and is the current treasurer of his homeowner’s association. He is a committed volunteer teacher in his church’s youth department, and also serves as a leader in many Bible Study groups. Terry holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from SD School of Mines.
Denise Treiberg, Secretary
Denise is a Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of California. She has worked as an oncology staff nurse at Mercy Hospital, a staff nurse and nurse liaison at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, a field supervisor for long-term pediatric home care with Interim Healthcare, and as a volunteer counselor and ultrasound technician at the Bakersfield Pregnancy Center. Denise volunteers at her church as a student ministries leader, a young parent’s mentor/teacher, and a group leader for Bible Studies. She has participated on many overseas missions trips to places such as: Mexico, Israel, Egypt and Africa.
Matt Harris, Member
Matt is the Executive Director for Harris and Harris Nonprofit Status Makers where he performs coaching and consulting services to new ministry teams throughout the US. Matt has over 24 years of full-time ministry experience. In addition, Matt is an Adjunct Professor for Crossroads Bible College teaching Small Group Discipleship classes. Matt’s ministry experience includes serving as a youth pastor for 17 years, lead pastor for 7 years, and adjunct professor of youth ministry for 3 years. He is also the President for his Community Neighborhood Association. He holds a BA in Bible Theology from Moody Bible Institute and an MA in Ministry from Moody Graduate School
Andrea Harris, Member
Andrea is the Director of Development for Harris and Harris Nonprofit Status Makers where she performs training and consulting in the area of business planning, governance, nonprofit finance, grant writing, impact metrics, and fundraising for churches and faith-based nonprofit organizations throughout the US. Andrea has over 18 years of nonprofit experience. In addition, Andrea has been a children’s ministry leader and women’s ministry director for over 11 years. Andrea’s nonprofit experience includes serving as a Residential Director for 9 years, and a Senior Programs Director for 5 years at community based nonprofits. She has also served on many other faith-based nonprofit boards over the years. Andrea holds a BSW from the University of Kentucky.
Adam Banducci, Member
Adam Banducci is a middle school teacher and coach in Bakersfield, California, and loves his job. Adam and Jody have been married for twenty-five years and have three beautiful daughters. He has been a participant on several short term mission trips over the years, including Mexico, New Orleans, New York, and Africa. Adam obtained his degree in English and PE through California State University, Bakersfield and completed his credential through Fresno Pacific. Adam is the director of Driven Volleyball Club, a community outreach organization through Calvary Bible Church.
Jody Banducci, Member
Jody Banducci is a bookkeeper for several Bakersfield companies as well as for Deny Daily. She has a history of volunteer service over the years in children’s, student, and women’s ministries. She has been on staff in the past at her church as the assistant to the children and student ministries leaders and later as Children’s Ministry Director. Jody also volunteers her time to Driven Volleyball Club and has been on short term mission trips to New York and Africa.
